The Sherline 15" Column Bed CNC w/Nickel Teflon is an extended mill column bed, measuring 15 inches in length, designed to enhance your milling setup by adding 4 inches to the travel for a total of over 10 inches. This product is particularly beneficial for tasks requiring additional height, such as drilling or boring deep holes, without the need for riser blocks. The column is available in three versions: standard, CNC, and CNC with a nickel Teflon coating. The CNC versions are equipped with extra drilled and tapped holes for the stepper motor mount. This component serves as a replacement part and can be ordered as an option on a new mill or as an updated replacement for an existing Sherline mill. Please ensure to purchase the appropriate leadscrew to complement this column bed.
